Dressed in a ruby ​​red color, with a marked tile edging, medium layer.

The nose is broad and complex: candied fruits, pastries, spices and leather. On the palate it is appetizing, polished and long.

Medium bodied, with pleasant and present tannins. Ample finish with notes of cocoa and aftertaste of fruit jam.

Pairing

Cured or very cured cheeses, game and beef would be good table companions. Being able to accompany desserts with chocolates or serve as the final drink to a good meal.
