tasting

Cherry red with purple rim, good depth with medium-high intensity.

On the nose, primary aromas dominate, with frank fruity notes of ripe reds, black berries and a touch of licorice.

On the palate it shows a medium body, a good attack, balanced and with the presence of good quality tannins.

It is perfect to accompany appetizers and tapas of sausage or potato omelette, semi-cured cheese, legumes and stews, as well as grilled or grilled meat.
