Vineyards located in El Villar de Arnedo, from the Señorío de Librares estates located in ancient tertiary carbonated clays and altitudes close to 500 meters.

The weather does the rest. Very continental character, cold winters and very warm and bright summers give this wine its unique character.

tasting

It is a cherry-colored wine with a tile rim, with a medium veneer.

On the nose it has nuances of stewed fruit, together with aromas of vanilla and coconut, contributed by the 12-month stay in barrels, in balance and harmony.

On the palate it has a good attack, medium body and well polished tannins, which gives it sensations of finesse and elegance of fruit.

Pairing

It can accompany medium and long cured cheeses, Iberian sausages, oily fish and meats in sauce.
